This is on a first come basis and only available for a limited time. Limit one time per club. Due to mailing procedures, this request for merchandise is only available to clubs in the U.S.

Submit your request here with your name, club name, brief info on the club and any history/knowledge of using our anti-fog masks. All decisions are final and will be answered to your email as soon as possible. Type of product gift will be determined by us.
